Exchanges
- We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, lingerie, period underwear, and false lashes are final sale unless defective.
- To initiate an exchange, please contact our support team with your order number.
- Exchanges are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the item.
